A Stone Industry Forum will be held at SkillsTech Australia, Eagle Farm Training Centre (Brisbane) on Friday 6th November 2009. This all-day event will be an opportunity for stone industry stakeholders to discuss stonemasonry training face-to-face, as well as by virtual means. The meeting will be recorded. The introduction of the new national Construction Training Package (CPC08) in 2010 will require effective communication between all stone industry people. To meet this need, regular Tuesday webconference sessions using Flashmeeting have been trialled and will continue as required.
